The salesperson Anish is amazing! He came along during our test drive and explained lots about the vehicle. When we returned for pick up, Anish, the finance team was very responsive and made the process as stress-free as possible. Anish took the time to explain even more features about the vehicle. The vehicle was in the condition we agreed upon. I highly recommend LA Mazda.

Did the dealership respond quickly? *Yes, very quickly. But after my cousin and I arrived there, the sales consultant told us that he needed to check first in their system if the vehicle was still available. He then told us NOT AVAILABLE. Oh, my G! We're not there in the first place if he hasn't told us it's available. Was the staff friendly and helpful? *Yes, friendly and helpful only at first. After the sales consultant told us that the vehicle was no longer available, he let us check and drive test other vehicles. Then we discuss the price. But when I changed my mind not to purchase the car, the sales consultant invited a guy who, according to him, was his manager who approved the amount I asked to help him convince me to purchase a car. I told them that I changed my mind and I needed more time to think. THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE! He threw the paper on top of the table in front of me and his sales consultant.
