Concessionnaires Kia à proximité (Vancouver, BC, CA)

Very professional and courteous

Everything went fine except the colour of the car was not to my wife's liking. The car was for her. Nothing wrong with the car. Staff was excellent. Just the colour.

They we on top of everything.

They will ask you to deposit a certain amount for your like vehicle ( I made a $300cad deposit for my car reservation within an hour) and the sales employee will tell you that if your not approved or you don’t like the car, they will return your deposit as soon as possible. Sadly I’m not approved…. Until today June 8, I didn’t received my $300 refund that I deposited last may 27, 2026. I called several times to follow up my 300 refund. Hoping after this they will refund my 300. Cheap cheat!!!!!

Very nice sales persons

Dealt with Sales person named Nav. Nav was a pleasure to deal with. Polite, friendly, no pressure just very helpful overall. Would definitely deal with him again. Only had the car for a day so far but everything seems good.

Jordan was lovely to deal with. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable! I definitely recommend her.

It was pretty shocked and the service level. I got in touch after my inquiry really quickly, the same night. The sales specialist and I agreed that we would connect over a video the next day at a specific time, that never happened. No communication from him, even after I messaged as a follow up. However, I heard from his manager via text as well, he'll let me know that he would be happy to help me. I responded, but there was zero follow up after that again. I never heard from any of them. Was ready to make my way there and pay with cash. Have never seen such terrible service at a car dealership before.
