I inquired about two different vehicles at this dealership, and neither of them was actually ready for sale. Despite that, the dealer repeatedly pushed me to leave a deposit to "speed up" the preparation process. Communication felt unclear and not transparent, and important information was not provided even after direct questions. Overall, the experience did not feel professional or customer-oriented

They are very responsive to my messages and get back to me even after hours. The staffs are great. They explain all financing options, trade in and help me take off my crossbar from my old car.
