Kia Richmond is NOT a dealership I would recommend. I negotiated a price on a 2022 Grand Cherokee the dealership agreed to by email but when I went to the dealership to place the requested deposit they increased the sticker price by $5,000.00. Needless to say I walked away. I don't suggest anyone to shop at this dealership.

Bryan contacted us in a timely manner. He was very patient and helpful. We live in Langley so we didn't want to take a trip on the ferry to Nanaimo unless there was a good chance that we would like this car. Bryan was most helpful and sent all the information he had on hand. I would recommend this dealership - they have great customer service and they are accurate and clear with all the specs on the car.
