Did the dealership respond quickly? *Yes, very quickly. But after my cousin and I arrived there, the sales consultant told us that he needed to check first in their system if the vehicle was still available. He then told us NOT AVAILABLE. Oh, my G! We're not there in the first place if he hasn't told us it's available. Was the staff friendly and helpful? *Yes, friendly and helpful only at first. After the sales consultant told us that the vehicle was no longer available, he let us check and drive test other vehicles. Then we discuss the price. But when I changed my mind not to purchase the car, the sales consultant invited a guy who, according to him, was his manager who approved the amount I asked to help him convince me to purchase a car. I told them that I changed my mind and I needed more time to think. THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE! He threw the paper on top of the table in front of me and his sales consultant.

3 strikes and your out, the car had been in an accident and estimated repair was $5400 , strike 1, the windshield was cracked, strike 2, the car was at a shop for a wheel alignment, strike 3. I'm not prepared to take a chance on a car which has 3 faults from an accident.

Staff are very professionals.

I was trying to buy a vehice from this dealer and would have paid the advertised price. Only found out later that the advertised price did not include some $1,200 of mandatory fees and extras. Does not work for me.

Taj I dealt with was awesome. The finance part though, no thanks! Trying to make more money off of you when over $30,000 was spent. Glad I held my own & shut it down. Great prices in Spruce Grove when you live in Edmonton makes it worth the trip.
