Car was amazing, but I accepted a position out of province for an extended period and could not purchase knowing this would not be driven. Everything was excellent, but but the payment down to hold the vehicle was very wrong. They wanted a $5,000.00 CAD deposit to hold the vehicle for me for a week and half so I could get the money transferred to my account and pay in full, however if I chose not to go with the vehicle, the deposit to hold is non-refundable. Unfortunately I have seen dealerships like this pull this process too many times in the past, and I have walked away from those deals. Ultimately this added to my not purchasing this vehicle. However, the main person I dealt with (think his name Tony or Aaron) was up front the entire way, he was just new though and had no idea it seemed on the dealership's rule of the non-refundable rule. Other than that, no issues with the service, the location or the sales people.

The car was as advertised but not the style we were looking for.

Although I was not able to buy the vehicle that I was interested in because someone decided to buy it before I got there, Zeke, the staff who assisted me, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Salesman gave incorrect info in regard to warranty remaining o. Vehicle. Finance person was friendly but has definitely been trained to sell more on signing. I guess that's their job. Be guarded and do your own homework. Wasn't terrible but they definitely put on the pressure.
