Overall great! Just the wait takes too much time.

From sales to finance it was a great experience, vehicle prices well and they didn't do any sales pressure tactics which is refreshing compared to other places. I had high confidence in the vehicle they were selling and were upfront about any deficiencies

I can't say I enjoyed my time, I will discount the wait because he said he was wrapping up with another client, and this started off great, but after the test drive I brought to his attention a knocking sound, lack of spare tire, and the fact that the tires would need to be replaced within a year of driving on them and there was a clear lack of working with me on the matter. They did not negotiate price in good faith, as a reduction of $750 was all I asked for, they did not give me confidence they would address the spare tire or the noise that was coming from the back drivers side. All in all I didn't have a good time once we got to the office partner the visit
