The vehicle I went to see wasn't sales / customer ready! It had a vibration at road speed, the engine compartment was filthy and body work to unibody was not to my standard! When a sales manager wants to make a deal and fix the problem later is a red flash sign for me! I have been in the auto repair industry for more than 55 years and know what I am talking about, I bought a Rav 4 at another dealership where experienced people knew what they had and the condition of the vehicle. This is my second bad experience dealing with Merlin!
