Spoke with Julien on Thursday, 01/16 to make an appointment to buy the truck on Saturday 01/18, dealership is 90 minutes from my home, had driven 90% of the way to the dealership when I received a text saying that the truck had actually sold on 01/16, massive waste of time and effort, hugely unprofessional

I spent some time looking through CarGurus and came across a few vehicles that caught my attention. I send a email to DuPont Ford that evening. Andrée Caron Immediately reached out to me, answered my questions,,, provided all the information I needed by email, phone call and text. Although we did successfully reach a deal,,, she still provided me with all her attention even though I was from out of province I never felt like I was. If you are looking for the old fashion customer service that seems to have vanished. Well be prepare to be surprised. It’s alive and well at DuPont.
