We made an appointment for 10:30 to 11am on Jan 22. When we arrived the vehicle was not ready and we had to wait about half an hour for a test drive. Then something was wrong with a sensor because the vehicle had just been washed. That took more time to correct. After the test drive we found that the truck did not have the trailer towing package that we asked for. We did not buy the truck. Overall a less than satisfying experience.
