My salesgirl was AMAZING Her teammate has HORRIBLE as we were calculating numbers for the véhicule he took car keys under our nose when I was there first and sold it and had the AUDACITY to say … THEY PAID CASH… he had crutches I felt like hitting him over the head with them. It’s salesmen like them that leave you with a bitter taste for all of them except for PAMELA.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The vehicle I was specifically interested in was not even on location when I arrived for my scheduled test drive and to inspect its condition. This felt like a sales tactic designed to get me into the dealership so the representative could try to sell me a different vehicle. I feel I was misled by the representative, who seemed more interested in making a sale than understanding or addressing my needs as a customer. In my experience, this was some of the worst customer service I have encountered at a dealership. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Customers deserve honest communication and respect for their time.

All was done via internet, the sales person was extremly helpfull even if the deal did not happen
