Car is sold and not even for sale and they leave it on the website anyways. They always have “other options” to sell you though.

Unfortunately the car had been sold, they did offer to show me what they had in inventory but I was specifically looking for the SRT

Great sales service by phone. Answered my questions clearly. The call backs came at the times requested. No pushy tactics. I will certainly make Southbank my first stop when it's time for the next vehicle!

I was contacted by a representative by email in short order, and all of my initial questions were addressed. I sent another email with some follow up questions and never heard back. I sent a couple more emails to try to make contact and then used the carguru’s website to try to make contact thinking somehow I had the wrong email address. I haven’t heard anything back. I live three hours from the dealer and wanted to make sure the vehicle was worth the drive to see, but I suppose it wasn’t meant to be. I’d be happy to modify my review in the event that the break in communication was accidental.

Refused to sell at advertised price $52659.00 bait and switch. Tried to take advantage of a senior, quoted list plus $2000 plus tax almost $79000 for this 2025 vehicle. Final quote $64000 and change. Smelled a rat going in and met one, stay away from these guys.
