As soon as I got truck within 10 minutes the heat went in the truck took it in to find out the block heater was plugged gonna cost another$2,400 after paying them$800 for brakes on this vehicle so now if I knew block heater was plugged I never would of bought this vehicle dealer should have known this when they did the inspection on this vehicle no im stuck with it and we will see if dealer plans on doing anything to repair I paid $9,999 for this truck within 10minutes of driving it it was blowing cold air through the heat vents I took it in to Canadian tire to find out why there was no heat they told me it was heating core and it would cost $2,400 to replace when I bought truck it also needed brakes so dealer told me it would be $1,600 to replace but they gave it to me for $800 so I agreed but now it cost me $430 to flush heating core with no guarantee now the dealer doesn't want to do nothing about it they scammed me for $12,000 I do not recommend buying from them

The Dealer was very responsive and kept in close communication throughout the entire time the new vehicle was in route to the dealership for the first time to view. They immediately called me when they first saw the vehicle to let me know that it wasn’t in the great condition the customer who was trading it in had stated to the Dealer. They invited me to come and look anyways and offered me a reduced price. I’m very happy with how the Crosstown internet salesman worked with me and I’ll be keeping in touch on a future deal with another pre-owned vehicle

Still had a online posting of a vehicle that was already sold. I was in contact with one of the employees about looking at some other potential vehicles. They stop responding after I told them information I assume they didn't want to hear.

Let them know I was not interested after I reviewed the vehicle and they kept on emailing me they just did not want to let go.

Nick was pretty good! Made the whole process quick and easy! Finance guys were good too! Overall - great customer experience received
