They called me and emailed me told them I'll reach out to them as soon as I can very helpful and respectful of time and availability

They were charging an additional 5k to sell it certified and wouldn't ontario safety their truck. They also underpriced my trade-in by 5k compared to other dealerships.

Staff claimed the car wasn't ready to view due to a dead battery as I arrived 15 minutes before closing; unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealer.

I still had a good overall experience with the seller. However, what really bothered me is that they didn’t fully disclose all the repairs the vehicle needed. The diagnosis provided by their mechanic did not feel completely honest or transparent. I honestly felt like the report was more meant to reassure me and convince me to buy the vehicle rather than give me a clear and accurate picture of its condition. After taking the car to another garage following the purchase, several additional issues were identified, which left me feeling disappointed and somewhat misled by the initial inspection.

The dealer was great but I am still contemplating what I want to buy may reach again in a few weeks
