The salesperson refused to answer simple questions about the vehicle and the mileage in particular. There was no transparency at all. I will not use this dealer in the future and would certainly never recommend them to anyone else. If there was a rating below 1 star I would use it.

Ver difficult to receive any type of concrete answer. Yet, I cooperated fully by sending in all of the answers to the questions asked! Honest communication is definitely not one of Lachute Ford's stronger points! They cannot even confirm an interest rate. They flip and flop with the best of them!

I went to the dealer (Subaru Lachute) 9 days ago. Left a deposit on the car as it had some superficial damage. We discussed pricing at the time and then I heard nothing. Today I received a call stating they were adding costs that were not mentioned in the original discussions. The car was not clean at the time of original visit. Would not do business with them. Disappointing really.
