Useless, they wont sell out of province because they are not smart enough to figure it out. My dad and i were interested in 2 vehicles over 100,000 in value combined they lost that cause they dont know what they are doing.

When I first inquired about the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, communication and updates were going well. Financing was a challenge, but I was willing to work through it. What changed my mind was the sales pressure from one of the representatives, who insisted that I put down a $1,000 deposit to hold the truck because someone else was interested. I live on Vancouver Island, and the sales representative knew I needed to have financing approved before making the trip over to view, test drive, and hopefully purchase the truck. I had already been inquiring about it and felt I should have been given the opportunity to complete the process without being pressured. The pressure tactic did not sit well with me, so I decided to purchase a different truck here on the Island. I'm very disappointed that the sales team couldn't respect my situation and the fact that we were already working toward a deal. The experience started positively, but the sales pressure ultimately cost you the sale.

Most car shoppers have a budget in mind before contacting a dealer. Wooing a customer from their comfort zone to come to the dealer's shop, which could be miles & cities apart & only to be presented with another car is totally ridiculous. Go North Surrey GM may have an alliance with MS Motors. MS Motors contacted me over this & unfortunately, they said the banks wouldn't approve financing until I go for a more costly car, which I objected to, as they can't be the ones dictating what customers will be able to conveniently pay. I left in frustration as I wasted the whole day dealing with integrity issues of trying to buy a car!

Just inquired about a ram 3500 . Salesman said deal pending . Salesman said there was a dent on the box . Didn’t see the dent in advertised pics . Salesman sent picks , I said thank you for those . Never heard back if the truck sold or if he had others available . Communication just ended .

Called in, said they would call me back. Never did.

Very happy with the timeliness of their response and information provided. The only delays have been me. LOL! I haven’t bought a vehicle at the time of this review yet and we are probably going to be going a different direction than the truck I inquired on but John Nielsen and Michelle Singh were extremely professional, thorough and responsive.
