Samuel was amazing, he was patient and kind, went out of his way for me. The issues i had was that the tranparency i feel was lacking. Theworked hard to get me the price i wanted, but then it all fell through during the financing process, i was approved, but they said i wasent unrealistic to get a $200 to 250 bi weakly payment. What the dident disclose is that on a 10+ year old veichle you cant get a term past 48 mths. And my payments bi weekly were outrageous. This is something the should have know and told me before i started the credi checkes and starting the process, they also seemed like they only wanted to use subprime lenders and i under stand now why cause big banks dont like the risk on a 10+ year old veichle, again i feel this should have been disclosed. I could have went a few years younger or looked for a different one but the put me through the process anyways knowing all that. I did buy an 2019 from another dealersh and had 0 issues with a better interest rate
