Fake offer, the car has been sold long time ago or even never existed at that price, when I contacted the dealer they said it was sold, two weeks later the car is still on the list for sale, contact again the dealer and same thing they told me it was sold but have some other offers. So never go there its a trap

The worst ever en ils m'ont fait me déplacer avec ma famille et essayer même sachant qu'il était vendu. Ils manquent du respect en me proposant un véhicule moins chère en estimant et je ne pouvais pas payer celui pour lequel je suis venu. Pire expérience de ma vie en concession.

Did not enjoy the experience. Felt shady.More interested in pushing for sale.Did not take time to discuss or explain the car and its features.Just talked about us buying it or not..We were told that if we financed we should wait three months before paying off loan otherwise we would be penalized which in fact is not true.The dealership gets penalized.Did not want to negotiate anything extras like winter tires. Dis not feel trustworthy.

Uncoordinated, I was called by 3 different sales people was confirmed for my appointment twice including the day off. I then drove 40 min to anf back to be told that it wad sold 2 days prior.

Le vendeur a refusé de m'envoyer des photos supplémentaire et ne répondais plus a mes courriels. Trop lâche pour lever son derrière de sa chaise et me prendre une photo claire d'un véhicule....il m'a dit de venir le voir...

Quand j'ai écrit au concessionnaire on m'a répondu assez vite la journée même et le vendeur a répondu a mes demandes et j'ai jamais senti de pression

Purchased a low-mileage used vehicle. Staff were friendly and helpful, however; - was told all fluids had been replaced, but a day after taking it home the "change oil" light came on, so either fluids weren't replaced or reminder wasn't cleared. - barely passed safety check due to brakes - should have been done prior to purchase So, pretty skeptical of their "100 point" checklist
