Which Kia Carnival trim should I buy?

The 2024 Kia Carnival offers these trims:

• LX: The entry trim focuses on value and gives you the Carnival’s SUV-like styling, practical family packaging, and a strong starting point for shoppers who want the basics done well.
• LX+: This is the best-value trim if you want a more comfortable daily experience, since it adds the heated-seat and heated-steering-wheel equipment that make the cabin feel more complete.
• EX: This trim adds a more advanced safety and convenience package, making it a smart choice if you want more driver-assist coverage and everyday confidence.
• EX+: This version adds the surround-view camera system and blind-spot camera system, which suit buyers who want easier parking and a more premium-feeling tech setup.
• SX: The top trim brings the most upscale equipment, including the premium interior treatment and the most complete feature set for shoppers who want the Carnival at its most luxurious.

What Kia Carnival do most buyers choose?

The Kia Carnival years with the most listings are 2024, 2025, and 2023.

These higher-volume years tend to attract more shoppers because they offer the broadest mix of availability and pricing. When more listings are on the market, you usually get more choice in colour, trim, and condition.

What is the Kia Carnival's resale value?

The table shows broad downward movement across the model years, which is good news if you're shopping used. The sharpest drops are on the newer examples, while the 2024 model has fallen the least. That pattern can create stronger value on recent used examples, especially if you want newer features without paying new-vehicle pricing.

The 2024, 2023, and 2022 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Kia Carnival safe?

• 2023: 9/10
• 2022: 9/10

The 2024 Kia Carnival includes lane keep assist, lane follow assist, forward collision avoidance assist, a driver attention monitor, high beam assist, and rear parking sensors on all trims.

For the safest used buy, the 2022 and 2023 models both post the highest confirmed score of 9/10.

• Tech: The latest model adds an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on LX, LX+, and EX trims, plus a 12.3-inch touchscreen and 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster on higher trims.
