I purchase the car in Whitby, But I was disappointed that I asked them to install a automatic starter for the winter, they had the car for one week, because I was out of town, but they forgot to do it. Otherwise they were o.k., the drive to Whitby from were I live is far for me to go back and have them install it.

They dealer was very friendly and responded immediately to all my emails. The car was new to their lot so the sales person was not familiar with the specs and details of the SUV beforehand. I didn’t end up buying the car though.

They got in touch with me both a salesperson and a follow up by the General Manager at this stage I would give them a 5 out of 5. The car I was somewhat interested in was sold and Ik told them I would be in touch with them in March or April. I bought my wife a car from them a few years ago and received excellent service and also my two Granddaughters bought cars from them because I told them I got great service from them plus I have also recommended them to a few friends of mine.

Brief encounter with Sales Person, insisted in selling me a car of a different color I desired. I appreciated the effort.

For not giving any valid reason the salesman couldn't give any details about this car including the price that was not announced at this time. He just mentioned that the car was sent to fiat under warranty issue. and he will call me when it is back. I never received the call and was announced that car was sold for a price I paned to pay.

There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication at the Mississauga dealership about Genesis - after giving up and contacting through Cargurus the dealership was responsive to forward our request to the new Genesis location but again we continue to have challenges with getting a response from Genesis - either by email or phone - we really like the Genesis model but may move on after such a negative experience.

Straightforward, people are easy to deal with.

Traveled several hours to pick up car at agreed time. Dealership didn’t have it ready. I wish the additional photos I requested had been sent, was disappointed in condition of vehicle when we arrived

The listing showed a price drop of over $5000 for the car, however the salesperson said that the discount is due to the fed gov't 5k incentive - which is not available for this car. When test driving, the salesperson thought it was more valuable to give a history lesson of Canada instead of talking about the car features. We didn't like the car so the true discounts were not discussed.
