What should I look for when buying a used Cadillac LYRIQ?

Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: Forward automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, reverse automatic braking, and Cadillac's Safety Alert Seat.
• Infotainment: 33-inch OLED screen with native Google Maps and Google Assistant, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
• Range & charging: 102-kilowatt-hour battery pack, 505 kilometres with rear-wheel drive, 494 km with AWD, and 80 percent in about 30 to 35 minutes on DC fast charging.

Which Cadillac LYRIQ trim should I buy?

The 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ offers these trims:

• Tech: The entry trim starts the lineup with the LYRIQ's core luxury-EV experience and is the best-value choice for shoppers who want the model's style, comfort, and technology at the lowest starting point.
• Luxury: This trim adds a more upscale presentation and suits buyers who want a richer-feeling cabin and more premium features.
• Sport: This trim brings a darker exterior treatment and a more assertive look for shoppers who want the LYRIQ's design to feel more distinctive.

What Cadillac LYRIQ do most buyers choose?

The Cadillac LYRIQ years with the most listings are 2024, 2025, and 2023.

Higher-listing model years usually draw the most shopper attention because they give you more inventory to compare and more chances to find the right colour, trim, and price. They also tend to be the easiest years to shop if you want a broader selection of deals.

What is the Cadillac LYRIQ's resale value?

The LYRIQ's used prices are moving down across the board, which is good news if you're shopping for value. The largest drops are on the newer model years, while the older model year in the table has fallen by a smaller amount. That pattern gives you more room to negotiate on recent inventory than you might expect for a luxury EV.

The 2023, 2024, and 2025 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Cadillac LYRIQ safe?

• 2024: 7/10

Forward automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, reverse automatic braking, and Cadillac's Safety Alert Seat come standard.

For the safest used buy, the 2024 model posts the highest confirmed score of 7/10.
