What BMW X6 do most buyers choose?

The BMW X6 years with the most listings are 2017, 2018, and 2019.

These higher-volume model years tend to attract shoppers because they offer more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right trim, price, and condition. They also give you a broader selection of listings with deal opportunities.

The table shows broad year-over-year price declines across the BMW X6 lineup, which can work in your favour if you're shopping used. The largest drops are concentrated in several model years, while a few years have fallen by smaller amounts. That creates a wide spread of value opportunities depending on how new you want to go.

The 2019, 2021, and 2016 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Should I buy a used BMW X6 now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −11.45% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −9.5%.
• Deal availability: The 2024 model has 31% good and great deals.
