Please can dealers remove the ad of a car when it sells! It’s a waste of time for people car shopping to be waiting for dealerships to call them back only to say this car sold weeks ago!

Never purchased from them. I got a much better trade in value at another dealer. Salesman was nice. Dealership is impressive. Large selection.

No pressure, honest approach was refreshing. Deo our salesman, was great throughout the whole process and made the negotiations stress free.

They did reply the next day.The truck had already been sold and was still for sale on Car Gurus almost a week after they contacted me. It may have been sold a week before I contacted them, one never knows. It would be better if once it sold it was taken off the site.

If the vehicle is sold take it down off the site. This dealer is fishing for clients by Advertising vehicles they don’t have. A week after their response telling me the vehicle is sold the listing is still up. Disappointing tactics from a BMW dealer.

Mr. Kang got back to me quickly and answered my questions fully. He was always polite. Although, I did not end up buying the car, I would be happy to work with him again.
