What BMW 3 Series do most buyers choose?

The BMW 3 Series years with the most listings are 2017, 2025, and 2014.

Higher-listing years tend to be the easiest places to shop because you get more choice in mileage, colour, trim, and condition. They also tend to attract more competitive pricing, which can help you find a better deal.

What is the BMW 3 Series's resale value?

Most model years in the table are down by double digits year over year, which creates opportunities for used buyers. The newer models show especially large drops, while the older years also continue to move lower at a meaningful pace. That pattern suggests you can often find stronger value if you shop carefully and compare across several model years.

The 2015, 2020, and 2019 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
