What Audi A5 do most buyers choose?

The Audi A5 years with the most listings are 2024, 2025, and 2026.

The highest-volume years tend to attract the most shoppers because they offer more inventory to compare and a wider spread of prices and trims. That usually makes it easier to find a version that fits your budget and feature priorities.

What is the Audi A5's resale value?

The table shows broad downward movement across the model years listed, which can create better opportunities for used buyers. The largest drops are in the newer and mid-cycle years, while the smallest change appears in the oldest year shown. That mix suggests some versions are adjusting quickly in price, while others are moving more gradually.

The 2014, 2023, and 2018 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Should I buy a used Audi A5 now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −25.55% versus a year ago, and the 2023 model is at −6.66%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 18.5% good and great deals.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2024 model has the most listings.

If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the newest version, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
