What Audi A5 do most buyers choose?

The Audi A5 years with the most listings are 2024, 2025, and 2026.

These higher-volume years tend to draw the most attention because they give you more inventory to compare and more chances to find a well-priced example. They also often sit close to the newest model years, which makes them appealing to shoppers who want modern features and broader selection.

What is the Audi A5's resale value?

Most of the model years shown have moved down year over year, which can create stronger buying opportunities for used shoppers. One older model year has edged up, but the overall pattern is dominated by double-digit declines. That means recent used Audi A5s are generally offering more value than they were a year ago.

The 2014, 2016, and 2018 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Should I buy a used Audi A5 now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −26.01% versus a year ago, and the 2018 model is at −15.51%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 20.2% good and great deals.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2024 model has the most listings.

If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the newest version, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
