Customers say

The Suzuki Swift has garnered a strong following among drivers across various model years for its fun driving experience, stylish design, and impressive fuel economy. Owners appreciate its compact size, making it perfect for city driving, and its agility, which contributes to a pleasurable handling experience. However, some have expressed disappointment with aspects like interior build quality and engine power at lower RPMs. Despite these drawbacks, the Swift is often seen as a reliable and cost-effective choice for daily use, making it a favored small car.

Performance - Slow acceleration (only 4 cylinders), handling is a little lose after years of driving (180,000+ miles), but works great for its age Build quality - Only have had to repair it after auto accidents, sturdy construction. Only issue is that the fan belt is squeaky and not sure how to fix. Not recommended for speeds exceeding 55 mph, as the car starts rattling. Appearance - Not exactly what one thinks of as a 'chick-magnet', though every girl I've met absolutely loves this little car (my guess is they find its size cute). The interior is quite primitive, but it serves its purpose well. Cost of Ownership - Extremely fuel-efficient, easy to maintenance, cheap tires due to small size, all in all, not expensive to maintain. Fun Factor - I absolutely love driving this car. It's a 5-speed manual, small, maneuverable, and it has the best turning radius out of any car I've ever driven.

Performance: Acceleration is one of the best in class, light body and firm handling make it a delight. ABS and EBD in a car this cheap comes as a surprise and helps a lot too. Build quality is better than previous marutis, though a lot more needs to be done. Apperance is begining to feel old, inside too black. With hard driving i get around 9km/l, no hassles on maintenance as of now. FUN OH YES!!

Swift 1.5 (AT) one of the best AT B segment car. Very good adaption with engine and automatic transmission. Good performance- acceleration, braking, handling Build quality- strong, well equipped, reliable Weakest link is for this car fuel consumption especially in-city driving.
