What RAM 1500 do most buyers choose?

The RAM 1500 years with the most listings are 2022, 2023, and 2021.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you a broad mix of trims, equipment, and price points. They also sit in the part of the lineup where you can still find newer features and strong value together.

What is the RAM 1500's resale value?

Most model years are down year over year, which is good news if you are shopping used because it creates more room for value. The newer years in the table are also showing meaningful price drops, so recent-model buyers may find better entry points than they would in a stronger market. A few older years are falling less sharply, which suggests they are retaining value a bit better than the rest.

The 2014, 2022, and 2016 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
