The performance is bad if you are a freeway/interstate driver. If you drive around town and need something to get to point A to point B than it is adequate. It is an alright car, noting fancy, and won't turn any heads but it will get you where you need to go. It gets good gas mileage (40MPG) but it's a car that is not fun to drive.

It is small easy to handle but radio, heater and ,noise were a pain I don't think the aeriel should be in the front of the car.....I woundn't buy another wave unless I could trest it for a week.

The Hatch back w/5 speed get good K/m really good on gas as long as you keep the RPM's under 3000 RPM for a work car point a-b it's good little cheap car. if you want that type car. If your looking for a small car with option quite Pay more money bite your lip later.The car cost really well, there are a few motor noises but I lisen to music most of the time so I do not hear them. It handles pretty good brakeingis good better then older cars of it size. For both interior and exterior styling are ok the found mantels are there plain easy to work with nice style out side.It's very peppy for a 1.6 choked up small motor of 103 hp. so far it"s been pretty cheep to drive it. It's fun to drive as a compact. do reg oil changes do mainteson it the 07-08 hatch back seam to be the better one to get.

i've had my wave for just about 5 years now. the tire size is stupid and its hard to find tires in that size in stock. it's acceleration is crap, its horn is terrible and the seats are incredibly uncomfortable

Good car for the price, about as good as an econo box can get. Has been trouble free so farat 50,000km. Could be better on fuel. car handles well overall and gets us from point A to Point B somewhat comfortably as long as we don't have the kids jammed in there with us.
