Which Nissan Frontier trim should I buy?

The 2026 Nissan Frontier offers these trims:

• Pro-4X: Standard 4WD, all-terrain tires, Bilstein off-road shocks, an electronic locking rear differential, front and underbody skid plates, and a Terrain mode selector make this the off-road-focused choice.
• Pro-4X Luxury: Adds a 6-foot bed option, door-to-door navigation, and a 10-speaker Fender audio system, while keeping the same rugged hardware; this is the best-value pick if you want the most equipment.

What Nissan Frontier do most buyers choose?

The Nissan Frontier years with the most listings are 2023, 2022, and 2024.

Those model years tend to draw the most attention because they combine strong availability with newer features and familiar Frontier capability. Higher listing counts also give you more room to compare prices and equipment before you buy.

What is the Nissan Frontier's resale value?

Most Frontier model years are down year over year, and several older examples have seen double-digit drops. That pattern can work in your favour if you want a used truck with more room for negotiation. The newer model years are also easing, though at a slower pace than some older ones.
