One of the best handling cars ever built. If you like the NC Miata but want more space, you won't sacrifice the driving experience by going to an Rx8(Other than the roof) By this time in 2025, people have solved all of the reliability issues, it just takes a little research. Probably not a car for someone less mechanically inclined, if you can't do your own work it may be an experience endeavor.

I’ve had twoRX8 models and loved their control, speed and safety. My only issue is that they don’t hold the road as well when it’s raining. I totaled my last one on an incline and the highway was slick with rain. I spun out and hit a tree. I walked away with no injuries. Liked that part!

Love the looks and the "freestyle" back doors. Great fun to drive. Not great off the line but handles like a dream. Quality seems well above average. Gas mileage not that great but not bad for a sports car. I have the automatic but it has manual shift option that gives the feel of a manual. I would recommend taking one for a test drive and make up your own minds.
