Customer summary
The Lincoln MKZ has consistently impressed owners across its model years with its luxurious design, comfort, and strong performance. Many drivers appreciate the stylish interiors and high-quality features, making it a desirable choice for those seeking a blend of luxury and practicality. Reviewers often commend its smooth ride and good fuel economy, particularly in hybrid models, while the AWD option is favored for enhanced performance. However, some owners have voiced disappointment regarding power levels compared to previous models and noted a lack of advanced safety features in certain years. Overall, the MKZ is seen as a reliable and elegant option, though some drivers wished for more excitement in terms of performance and features.
