Terios isn't super powerful and it's not designed with heavy duty off-road work in mind, but it's affordable, bright and breezy inside and out, and comes reasonably well equipped. The styling of the Terios looks a little unusual, being quite tall and narrow, but it has the edge over its two-door Feroza and Rocky stablemates by providing the convenience of four-door access. Rear leg room is a little cramped with the front seats set right back, but put them just a notch forward and you're OK. Front and rear seat comfort is basic and lacking in good lateral support, but overall, rates as satisfactory for the class. With both the backrest and rear cushion able to be folded in a 50/50 arrangement, a luggage area of useful proportions is available, depending on the number of occupants to be carried. Even with all seats in use, the Terios has a better-than-average load length. With just a 1.3 litre engine, the Terios isn't over-endowed with power and performance, however it's satisfactory for the conditions where it's destined to spend most of its time - that's running around town and the suburbs. Four-wheel-drive vehicles never handle as well as cars, but the Terios's high, narrow stance exacerbates the feeling of instability in difficult conditions, or on sudden changes of direction. The Terios was noticeably affected by cross winds and jumped around a bit over corrugations. You need to exercise caution and don't expect too much of the Terios when it comes to handling and roadholding.

Performance - handling was smooth and responsive but the overall grip was not up to the mark. Also the engine was quite noisy. Build Quality - Build was quite good. Nice and curvy shapes. Apearance - Awesome looks, nice interior as well. Cost of Ownership - Mileage was not high. Fun Factor - Overall its a fun car to drive if you want a mini-SUV with comfort.

I cannot believe how reliable this car has been, we bought it new in 2003 and have only replaced one set of brake pads and a battery in all that time. It has returned 38 mpg and will go just about anywhere.

I like everything on it uxept that it is a litle bit small.

Good acceleration and handling but poor top speed,nice grip,brake n suspension. Not bad for 1500cc family car.Good price but bad engine performance. Really fun to drive in bumpy and city road. Good gas mileage especially when drive under 100 km/h
