The Chrysler PT Cruiser has garnered a reputation for its unique styling, spacious interior, and versatility, making it a popular choice for daily driving and family needs. Owners appreciate the enjoyable driving experience and decent cargo space, along with good features for the price. However, common criticisms include concerns about engine power and acceleration, as well as handling issues and some maintenance challenges over time. Overall, while many drivers adore its charm and practicality, others wish for more performance and updated technology.

Love the car. Great shape. Love the gearbox and the turbo engine is surprisingly peppy.

I like the PT Cruiser, but it is a pain to work on. Not much room when replacing starter and stuff like that. When they built it, they put the most come fixes, when trouble shooting, in the worst places. Is very frustrating most of the time. But when mine runs, it is a nice ride. Keep up with normal wear and tear maintenance and it is good to go.

Have loved everything about this car except the gas mileage. It looks great, handles fun, comfortable inside, and excellent cargo space for a small car. The Limited trim package is tasteful and not overdone. For Chrysler's first year making this car, excellent product!
