I owned this 1962 Biscayne 2-Door Post for nearly 5 years. Surprisingly it was very, very reliable! It was a V8, 3-speed with automatic overdrive unit. It could return over 24MPG on the freeway with the factory cruise control activated. It was truly a classic, rare and great looking. Was a pretty good drag racer, but when it came to stopping, well - four wheel drum brakes that were manually adjusting just weren't enough for performance driving. Everything worked after 35 years!

Hi, glad to join an old school club! I love my chevy biscayne! I've had it for about 10 years. When i first bought it, i had a 6 cylinder engine with 3 on the collar. The owner i bought it from, had hydralic's on it, but took them off and had boards holding the car up, talking bout a rough ride home, but i only stayed 10 min down the street! 1st time ever driving 3 on the collar. I have a 350 stroked out to a 409! runs and sounds great, but my suspension and handling need some work. Still has factory brake drums! No sweaks or rattles! I love my car, Haven't finished it all the way yet, still working!

I love it have been working on it for years when I had time and money brought it out late last year to work out all the bugs before final paint never get rid of it up here in Canada you cant find them that easy

i just got my second 68 biscayne after a 29+ year search . the first one i got from my grandfather at 14 then at 15 , in drivers ed. 2 months from getting my license ...my step-father sold my car . it had a 396 and a 3 on the tree and was aegean brown , black interior . i finally found one in knoxville , tn it's white , 6 cyl. , three on the tree . got big plans for it . daily driver now . solid !! all it's life in tn.i love it.i spent so much time looking for one like the one i got ripped out of in my teen years i can't believe it's here and mine . definite plans for motor swap but gonna keep three on the tree .... gotta . she will also be aegean brown one day too . black inside already so that's covered .has factory radio delete plate . only 109,000 miles , with 100,000 of them put on by the original owner . came with orig. window sticker
