The Buick Lucerne is well-loved for its smooth ride, spacious and comfortable interior, and powerful engine options across various model years. Owners appreciate the luxury features and overall quality for the price, making it a strong value choice. However, some drawbacks noted include lower fuel economy in urban driving conditions, tight seating for larger individuals, and occasional visibility issues. Overall, the Lucerne is recognized as a reliable and enjoyable vehicle with some performance and design critiques.

I’ve had hundreds of cars in my lifetime mainly because I was in businesses that dealt in cars. The Buick Lucerne stands out from all of those cars as probably being about the best one I’ve ever owned. It has all the things you ‘d ever want in a car, powerful, roomy, great looking and really good on gas for the size of car that it is. With the right tires it’s amazing in snow every bit as good as a four-wheel-drive. The other thing is that it is trouble free. I have not had to replace anything in almost 80,000 miles. This is Buick’s best kept secret!

The car is fine. It has bucket leather seats. Everything about it is luxury. However, I have experienced leg and hip pain after driving this car.

Nicely equipped, roomy, large trunk space, comfortable ride. Only issue is high gas consumption.
