Quattro AWD will keep you out of the ditch unless you get too careless. Very nicely furnished inside and out; trunk is a little tight as they moved the battery back there to even out the weight distribution. Still not equaled (even by the later S6 and S8) after 9 years!

The RS6 can reach a top speed of approximately 200 mph unrestricted. This car is a legend for those who have heard of it, and I will probably never get rid of it.

The big advantage is 450hp (mine is now over 500hp due to mods)that provides a luxury ride that your spouse and your high end clients will love. Very comfortable with the get up and go. If you are looking for pure go fast, not the best car as it is heavy due to the luxuries. But if you want a perfect blend of high performance and luxury.. then it's a great car. At the time of this writing the gadgetry of the car is out-dated (I had to put in aftermarket navigation, etc). It suits me perfectly. I took off the badges as the car is for me, not passers by to oogle over. So, for car is stealthy - my secret weapon. Every once in a while an enthusiast or a youngin that reads all the mags points at my car excitedly while mouthing "RS6, RS6?". I simply nod my head.. and daydream about that Vermont road with nobody on it..

One of the best handling cars I have ever owned love the Dynamic ride control, great power. Only thing for a 2003 RS model it should have had a manual transmission option. Truly a beast in 2003!!! Only negative is costly repairs if needed.

Great car, very rare of that year and very fast! only about 850 was sent to the US. Engine endurance is great, tho its a super sport sedan, it can be use for everyday driving.
