New & Used 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA for Sale nearEnderby, BC

Is the 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA a good car?

The 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA earns an 8.5/10 from our experts. The model scores 9/10 across Performance, Form and function, and Technology.

Mercedes redesigns the CLA as an electric entry-level fastback, and that shift is what gives it its appeal: you get a compact luxury sedan with a premium interior, a quiet cabin, and impressive technology. It is aimed at you if you want comfortable, easy transportation in a smaller Mercedes-Benz EV package.

The trade-offs are clear. The base powertrain is underwhelming, so if you want stronger acceleration you may need to look beyond the entry model. The design may also be polarising, and advanced safety features are not standard.

With 34.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA reliable?

The 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA is presented as a comfortable, easy-to-live-with EV with a quiet ride and a strong emphasis on technology, which supports the case for straightforward day-to-day use. Its electric powertrain and two-speed transmission are described as smooth and quiet on the road, and the car’s charging and navigation integration are designed to make ownership simpler.

Mercedes also says the CLA should come with the standard four-year/80,000 kilometre limited warranty, along with complimentary roadside assistance.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that this is a new electric model with limited real-world history, so you should be especially careful about software, charging behaviour, and any early-production issues.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The CLA’s cabin presentation changes with trim and equipment, especially around the illuminated grille, the passenger-side screen, and interior trim choices such as brushed aluminium, open-pore wood, or cellulose-and-hemp-fibre trim. The base setup also leaves you with a cheaper-looking passenger-side trim piece where the Superscreen would otherwise go.
• Powertrain: You can shop the single-motor CLA 250+ or the dual-motor CLA 350 4Matic. The 250+ is the less powerful option, while the 350 4Matic adds more output and quicker acceleration. Both use an 85-kWh battery, and the car is tuned more for comfort and efficiency than hard-edged performance.
• Safety package: The CLA comes with a class-exclusive centre airbag and expected standard driver aids including adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, blind spot monitoring with exit assist, emergency braking, and traffic sign recognition. Active steering, lane change assist, automatic lane change, a 360-degree camera system, and parking assist may require extra equipment.
• Infotainment: You get a 10.25-inch driver display and a 14-inch centre display with the fourth-generation Mercedes MBUX system and MB.OS. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, OTA updates are supported, and augmented-reality navigation is available.
• Fuel efficiency: The single-motor CLA is rated at 673 kilometres on the WLTP cycle, while the AWD CLA 350 4Matic is rated at 655 kilometres. Mercedes also says the car can add over 300 kilometres of range in 10 minutes on a 320 kW DC fast charger, and go from 10% to 80% in 22 minutes.

Which 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA trim should I buy?

The 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA is offered in 2 trim levels: CLA 250+ and CLA 350 4Matic.

Here's the short version:

• CLA 250+: This is the better-value choice if you want the CLA’s core appeal without paying for extra power. It gives you the single-motor setup, the quiet ride, the strong technology suite, and the long-range focus that suits commuting and everyday use.
• CLA 350 4Matic: Choose this if you want the dual-motor setup and stronger acceleration. It is the more expensive option, but it is the one to consider if you care more about performance than maximum value.

The CLA’s centre airbag comes standard on every model, while some of the more advanced driver-assistance features may require extra equipment.

You may need to pay extra for active steering and lane change assist, as well as automatic lane change. A 360-degree camera system and parking assist system will also be available.

Should I buy a 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• The year marks Mercedes’ shift to an electric CLA with impressive range and a strong technology focus.

The bottom line: If you want the newest CLA direction and you value the electric powertrain, premium cabin, and advanced tech, the 2026 is the one to target. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may make sense, especially if you want to compare equipment and pricing before deciding.
