New & Used 2026 Kia Seltos for Sale near Thornhill, ON

Is the 2026 Kia Seltos a good car?

The 2026 Kia Seltos is a well-rounded subcompact crossover that aims to deliver more than its size suggests. Kia positioned it to bridge the gap between the Soul and the Sportage, and the result is a small SUV with a larger footprint and a more rugged personality than many rivals. It also offers a high-quality cabin, refined driving dynamics, and generous passenger and cargo space for its compact dimensions.

What makes it appealing is the balance of practicality and polish. You get intuitive controls, practical packaging, and a nicely refined chassis, along with a surprisingly premium-feeling interior for the price point. Bright available colours such as Neptune Blue and Starbright Yellow also give it some personality.

36.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent amount of market choice if you shop carefully.

Is the 2026 Kia Seltos reliable?

The 2026 Kia Seltos is presented as a thoughtfully executed small crossover with practical packaging, intuitive controls, and a refined chassis. It also has a high-quality cabin and a balanced overall character that should make it appealing for everyday use.

At the same time, the overview points to a noisy cabin, a clunky dual-clutch transmission, and a base engine that feels underpowered. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is more about living with those compromises than expecting a fundamentally troublesome vehicle.

Should I buy a 2026 Kia Seltos or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 36.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Consider the 2027 if:

• It adds a hybrid powertrain and a roomier, more advanced cabin.

The bottom line: If you want the current-year Seltos and value a decent pool of well-priced listings, the 2026 is the straightforward choice. If you can wait and want more space, newer tech, and the hybrid option, the 2027 is the stronger long-term path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2026 remains the better place to start shopping.

How does the 2026 Kia Seltos compare to the 2026 Hyundai Kona?

The Seltos gives you a lower starting price and a slightly stronger share of good or great deals, while the Kona offers a bit more inventory. If your priority is value, the Seltos has the edge; if you want more listings to browse, the Kona gives you a wider pool.
