New & Used 2026 Acura RDX for Sale near South Dakota

Is the 2026 Acura RDX a good car?

The 2026 Acura RDX stands out as a compact luxury SUV that still leans into driving enjoyment. Its 2.0-litre turbocharged engine makes 272 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque, and Acura pairs it with a 10-speed automatic transmission and torque-vectoring SH-AWD. That combination gives the RDX a more energetic, handling-focused character than many buyers expect from a practical crossover, while the cabin and packaging keep it usable for everyday life.

It also brings a strong equipment list. Standard features include 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, keyless entry and ignition, heated and power front seats, faux leather seating surfaces, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, and higher trims add items such as navigation, parking sensors, a 12-speaker audio system, ventilated front seats, a hands-free power liftgate, a surround-view camera, and a colour head-up display.

There are a few drawbacks to keep in mind. The infotainment system is not particularly intuitive, and the RDX is not as spacious as some class leaders. Even so, the 2026 RDX remains appealing because it blends strong performance, a comfortable ride, and a well-equipped interior in a package that feels more engaging than many rivals. In the market, 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Should I buy a 2026 Acura RDX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It adds small updates that freshen the cabin and keep the RDX feeling current.

The bottom line: The 2026 RDX is the better pick if you want the newer model year and its strong standard equipment, especially if you value a more engaging drive. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2025 is the smarter alternative because it keeps the same core appeal while offering a lower average asking price.
