Used 2025 Toyota Tundra for Sale near Selkirk, ON

How much does the 2025 Toyota Tundra cost?

Prices have softened 14.80% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 324 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Toyota Tundra earns 4/5 from owners and 6.67/10 from our experts. The standout strength is Safety at 9/10.

The Tundra’s appeal is its tech-forward interior, available hybrid powertrain, and broad mix of capability and everyday practicality. It also offers plenty of space to store stuff and a spacious back seat, which makes it useful for work duties and daily driving alike.

The trade-offs are worth weighing: the seats are described as uncomfortable, fuel economy is poor, and it lacks front recovery hooks. If you want a modern, feature-rich full-size pickup and can live with those compromises, it fits that brief well.

35.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

Toyota says the engine issue that affected 2022 to 2024 models has been fixed, and the current truck is described as having an upward trend in predictive reliability for both the truck and its powertrain. That matters because the 2025 model keeps the twin-turbo V6 formula rather than relying on older V8 hardware.

You also get a useful ownership perk: Service Connect and Safety Connect include a 10-year free trial.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure you choose a truck that has been properly maintained and that any prior engine-related concerns have been addressed.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Tundra?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The TRD Rally Package adds rally-inspired styling, 18-inch TRD off-road wheels, all-terrain tyres, Bilstein shocks, skid plates, an electronically controlled locking rear differential, Multi-Terrain Select, Crawl Control, and Downhill Assist Control. It also brings a 14-inch touchscreen and dual-zone automatic climate control, while the base SR setup is more straightforward.
• Powertrain: You get a twin-turbo 3.4-litre V6 i-Force engine, with an available i-Force Max hybrid powertrain. The standard engine is rated at 389 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque in most models, while the lowest trims make 358 hp and 406 lb-ft.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard and includes pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, automated lane centring, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available with packages and on higher trims.
• Infotainment: The standard setup is an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The TRD Rally Package upgrades to a 14-inch screen, and the system also supports a subscription-based voice assistant.
• Fuel efficiency: The best fuel economy cited is 11.7 L/100 km in combined driving.

Which 2025 Toyota Tundra trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Tundra is offered in 2 trim levels: SR and CrewMax SR.

Here's the short version:

• SR: This is the value-focused starting point if you want the Tundra’s core strengths without paying for extra tech or appearance upgrades. It still gives you the standard infotainment and safety equipment, but it is the trim where you’ll feel the biggest feature gap versus the higher-spec trucks.
• CrewMax SR: This is the better pick if you want the more practical cabin layout and the stronger everyday usability that comes with the CrewMax body style. It suits you best if rear-seat space and family-friendly packaging matter more than keeping the price as low as possible.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels, so you do not need to move up the range to get the core driver-assistance suite.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Tundra?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 35.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 324 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.80% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,241 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Tundra's resale value?

The current average of $60,325 CAD sits slightly below last year's $70,806 CAD.

That price drop suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to be realistic about pricing if they want a quick sale. A softer market can reduce the premium you might otherwise expect from a full-size truck with strong equipment and brand appeal.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra safe?

The 2025 Toyota Tundra crew cab is the only full-size truck to win a Top Safety Pick+ award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and it earns five-star ratings from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the overall rating, frontal crash tests, and side crash tests.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels and includes pre-collision system with pedestrian detection and automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, automated lane centring, and automatic high beams. Eight airbags, LATCH on outboard second-row seats, child-protector rear door locks, tyre pressure monitoring, and front active headrests are also standard.

Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available with packages and on higher trims.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Tundra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.80% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It adds new tech features, including an available massaging seat in upper trims and the retro TRD Rally Package.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $55,079 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $60,325 CAD average.
• It stands out for its powerful i-Force Max drivetrain.

The bottom line: If you want the newer truck with more tech, stronger safety credentials, and a better market position, the 2025 is the better all-around pick. If your priority is spending less up front and you can live with the older model year’s strengths, the 2024 is the more budget-friendly route.
