Used 2025 Toyota Tundra for Sale near Malakwa, BC

How much does the 2025 Toyota Tundra cost?

Prices have softened 14.70% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 308 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Toyota Tundra earns 4/5 from owners and 6.67/10 from our experts. The standout strength is Safety at 9/10.

It blends tech, style, and capability in a way that helps it stand out in the full-size pickup segment, and its tech-forward interior is a major part of its appeal. The available hybrid powertrain broadens its capability, while the spacious back seat and storage space make it practical for everyday use and work duties.

The trade-offs are clear: the seats are uncomfortable, fuel economy is poor, and it lacks front recovery hooks. Even so, the truck’s feature-rich character and modern feel make it a strong fit if you want a contemporary full-size pickup and can live with some compromises.

34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

Toyota says the engine issue that affected 2022 to 2024 models has been fixed, and the current truck’s predictive reliability is described as trending upward. The twin-turbo V6 powertrain is presented as having a stronger reliability outlook than the earlier problem period, which should help reassure you if you’re shopping used.

If you’re buying used, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the truck you choose has been properly maintained and is free of unresolved recall-related concerns.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Tundra?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The TRD Rally Package adds rally-inspired styling, 18-inch TRD off-road wheels, all-terrain tyres, Bilstein shocks, skid plates, and interior upgrades such as a 14-inch touchscreen and dual-zone automatic climate control. The base SR trim is more basic, with more plastic in the cabin and fewer upscale touches.
• Powertrain: You get a twin-turbo 3.4-litre V6 i-Force engine with 389 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque in most models, or 358 hp and 406 lb-ft in the lowest trims. An available i-Force Max hybrid makes 437 hp and 583 lb-ft, and the truck comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission; rear-wheel drive is standard and four-wheel drive is available.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels and includes pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, automated lane centring, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available with packages and on higher trims.
• Infotainment: You get an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The TRD Rally Package upgrades to a 14-inch screen, and the system also supports a subscription-based voice assistant.
• Fuel efficiency: The best fuel economy cited is 11.7 L/100 km in combined driving, and the truck is described as falling short on fuel economy overall.

Which 2025 Toyota Tundra trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Tundra is offered in 2 trim levels: Double Cab RWD Tundra with a 6.5-foot bed, and CrewMax SR.

Here's the short version:

• Double Cab RWD Tundra with a 6.5-foot bed: This is the lower-cost entry point if you want the Tundra’s standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto without paying for more connected services. It’s the value play if you care more about getting into the truck than loading up on extras.
• CrewMax SR: This is the better choice if you want the more popular cab layout and standard four-wheel drive in Canada. It suits you best if you want a more versatile everyday truck and are willing to spend more for the added capability.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels, so you’re not giving up the core safety suite by choosing the lower-priced version.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Tundra?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully and compare listings.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 308 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.70% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,236 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Tundra's resale value?

The current average of $60,259 CAD sits slightly below last year's $70,643 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside if you plan to sell soon. For a future seller, the softer pricing means you should expect more competition from similarly priced listings and may need to price aggressively to move the truck.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra safe?

The 2025 Toyota Tundra crew cab is the only full-size truck to win a Top Safety Pick+ award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and it earns five-star ratings from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the overall, frontal crash, and side crash tests.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels and includes pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, automated lane centring, and automatic high beams. Eight airbags, LATCH on outboard second-row seats, child-protector rear door locks, tyre pressure monitoring, and front active headrests are also standard.

Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available with packages and on higher trims, so you’ll want to check the equipment list carefully if those features matter to you.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Tundra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.70% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It adds new tech features, including an available massaging seat in upper trims and a retro TRD Rally Package.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $55,330 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $60,259 CAD average.
• It has a strong dependability reputation and a distinctive open-air feel.

The bottom line: If you want the newer truck with more tech and a broader feature set, the 2025 is the better all-around pick. If your priority is saving money and you’re comfortable with an older model year, the 2024 is the more budget-friendly path.
