Used 2025 Toyota Tundra for Sale nearBonnyville, AB

How much does the 2025 Toyota Tundra cost?

Prices have softened 15.19% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 334 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Toyota Tundra earns 4/5 from owners and 6.7/10 from our experts. The standout strength is Safety at 9/10.

It stands out as a full-size pickup that leans hard into technology and style without losing sight of capability. You get a tech-forward interior, an available hybrid powertrain, and practical cabin space that works well if you want a truck for both passengers and cargo.

The trade-offs are clear: fuel economy is poor, the seats are uncomfortable, and it lacks front recovery hooks. If you want a truck with a distinctive design and a strong equipment story, it fits that brief well; if you prioritise maximum towing ability, you should compare carefully.

32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Toyota Tundra reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

Toyota’s reputation for dependability is part of the Tundra’s appeal, and the expert review notes that the engine issue affecting 2022 to 2024 models has been fixed. The powertrain’s predictive reliability is described as being on an upward trend, which is encouraging if you’re shopping used.

The truck’s standard safety equipment and strong overall package also support confidence for long-term ownership. For used buyers, the main risk is making sure you choose a well-maintained example and avoid one with unresolved issues from the earlier third-generation trucks.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Tundra?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The SR trim is the most basic version, and the TRD Rally Package adds rally-inspired styling, 18-inch TRD off-road wheels, all-terrain tyres, Bilstein shocks, skid plates, and a few up-level interior touches. If you want the best-value mix of equipment and character, the TRD Rally Package is the one to focus on.
• Powertrain: You get a twin-turbo 3.4-litre V6 i-Force engine, with 389 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque in most models and 358 hp and 406 lb-ft in the lowest trims. An available i-Force Max hybrid powertrain makes 437 hp and 583 lb-ft.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels and includes pre-collision system with forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, automated lane centring, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available with packages and on higher trims.
• Infotainment: The standard setup is an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The TRD Rally Package brings a 14-inch screen, and the system also offers subscription-based connected features.
• Fuel efficiency: The best fuel economy you can get is a Natural Resources Canada-estimated 11.7 litres per 100 kilometres in combined driving.

Which 2025 Toyota Tundra trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Tundra is offered in 2 trim levels: SR and CrewMax SR.

Here's the short version:

• SR: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Tundra experience with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus the standard safety suite. It makes sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model and do not need the extra equipment from higher trims.
• CrewMax SR: This is the better-value choice if you want more everyday usability, since it adds the larger CrewMax cabin and a nine-speaker audio system. It also aligns well with the truck’s spacious back seat and practical cabin layout.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels, and blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available with packages and on higher trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Tundra?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some patience and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 334 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.19% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $59,854 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Tundra's resale value?

The current average of $59,891 CAD sits slightly below last year's $70,621 CAD.

That price drop suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face more competition if prices keep easing. If you buy well and keep the truck in strong condition, you may be better positioned than someone who pays near the top of the range today. The Tundra’s strong safety reputation and owner satisfaction should help support demand over time.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is standard on all trim levels and includes pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, automated lane centring, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available with packages and on higher trims.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Tundra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.19% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It adds new tech features, including an available massaging seat in upper trims and a retro TRD Rally Package.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $54,716 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $59,891 CAD average.
• It stands out for its powerful i-Force Max drivetrain.

The bottom line: If you want the newer truck with more tech and a stronger value trend, the 2025 is the better all-round pick. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2024 is the more budget-friendly route.
