That price movement suggests the model has become more affordable for buyers, which can also mean future resale expectations may be more conservative. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less downside exposure than someone who paid closer to last year's average. For a future seller, the key will be how well you control your purchase price today.

Should I buy a 2025 Mitsubishi RVR or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 28.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.47% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better choice if you want the current-year model and can take advantage of the softer pricing environment. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years as well, but the 2025 already gives you a solid mix of inventory and deal availability.
