Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

You’re looking at a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so it makes sense to shop carefully and compare listings rather than rush.

• Deal availability: 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 175 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.37% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $28,056 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross's resale value?

The current average of $28,650 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,964 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model has softened enough to improve your buying position today, but it can also mean future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays under pressure. If you plan to sell later, buying closer to the lower end of the current range can help protect your long-term value.

Should I buy a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.37% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better fit if you want the current-year market with a meaningful number of discounted listings and a lower average price than a year ago. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years as well, but the 2025 already gives you a solid starting point for value-focused shopping.
