Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

You are in a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so it makes sense to shop with a clear target and move quickly when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 31.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 150 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.30% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $28,068 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross's resale value?

The current average of $28,720 CAD sits slightly below last year's $32,378 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model year has already absorbed some depreciation, which can be helpful if you are buying now and planning to sell later. For a future seller, the softer market means resale value may depend more heavily on condition, mileage, and how well your vehicle is equipped and maintained.

Should I buy a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.30% compared with last year.

The bottom line:

The 2025 is the better choice if you want to shop a year with softer pricing and a decent share of deal-priced listings. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, equipment, and asking price.
