Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mazda CX-70?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find worthwhile options.

• Inventory: There are 218 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.73% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $43,376 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mazda CX-70's resale value?

The current average of $43,380 CAD sits slightly below last year's $50,871 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model year has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can be helpful if you buy now and plan to sell later. If prices stabilise, future sellers may benefit from a smaller gap between purchase price and resale value than buyers who paid earlier in the cycle. Strong owner satisfaction can also help support demand when it’s time to list.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Mazda CX-70 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.73% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing pressure and owner satisfaction, the 2025 is the year to focus on first. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you should also compare nearby model years and look for the best-priced example with solid condition and history.
