Used 2025 Jeep Wrangler for Sale nearSaskatoon, SK

How much does the 2025 Jeep Wrangler cost?

Prices have softened 10.76% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 720 listings available, which suggests healthy inventory for used shoppers.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Jeep Wrangler earns a 4/5 user rating and a 5.3/10 expert rating. The model scores 7/10 across Performance and Technology.

It stays true to its rugged, old-school character while still offering two-door and four-door body styles, two engines, and six trim levels. That makes it a strong fit if you want something more specialised than a typical SUV and value adventure-focused capability over polish.

The trade-offs are clear: it is noisy, rides poorly, and can feel out of step with daily-driving expectations. It also asks you to accept a rougher, less refined experience in exchange for its character and off-road ability.

Only 30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so you may need to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Wrangler’s appeal comes from its rugged design and proven off-road focus, but it is also built around a more specialised use case than a typical SUV. Its standard four-wheel drive and high ground clearance support that mission, while the available turbocharged four-cylinder offers a more efficient alternative to the V6.

The powertrain choices and the model’s rough-and-ready character suggest it is best suited to buyers who can live with compromises in refinement. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that the Wrangler’s strengths are tied to a niche purpose, so daily comfort and running costs may matter more than durability alone.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Sport is the most stripped-back version, while higher trims add more equipment and capability. The Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X give you more choice, and the base trim misses some of the convenience and safety content you may want.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 3.6-litre V6 and a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder. The four-cylinder is more fuel-efficient and feels livelier at higher elevations, while the V6 can be paired with a manual transmission.
• Safety package: Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available on every trim except the base Sport. Forward collision warning with automatic braking is standard only on the Sahara, and adaptive cruise control is also available on some models.
• Infotainment: The Uconnect 5 system includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and SiriusXM satellite radio preparation. Navigation and connected services are available on more expensive models.
• Fuel efficiency: The turbocharged four-cylinder is rated at 11.0 L/100 km in combined driving, or 11.3 L/100 km in the four-door model, versus 12.2 L/100 km or 12.6 L/100 km for the V6.

Which 2025 Jeep Wrangler trim should I buy?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler is offered in 6 trim levels: Sport, Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the most affordable way into the Wrangler, but it is also the most basic. If you want the Wrangler experience at the lowest entry point, this is the one to start with.
• Sport S: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds more everyday usability and can be paired with useful options like the Safety Group. It is the sweet spot if you want a Wrangler that feels less bare-bones without jumping too far up the price ladder.
• Willys: Choose this if you want a more capability-focused setup and a tougher-looking personality. It suits buyers who care more about the Wrangler’s adventurous side than about luxury touches.
• Sahara: This is the trim to consider if you want more comfort and the standard forward collision warning with automatic braking. It is the most sensible choice if safety equipment matters more to you than pure trail focus.
• Rubicon: This is the trim for buyers who want the strongest off-road hardware and the most serious adventure intent. It is the right pick if you plan to use the Wrangler for demanding terrain.
• Rubicon X: This is the most upscale and expensive gas Wrangler trim, aimed at buyers who want the most equipment and are willing to pay for it.

The Safety Group is worth seeking out on trims where it is optional, especially if you want blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you should shop carefully and compare listings.

• Deal availability: 30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 720 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.76% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $52,995 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler's resale value?

The current average of $52,995 CAD sits slightly below last year's $59,386 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Wrangler has become more accessible for used buyers, which can make it easier for future sellers to attract interest if the market stays active. At the same time, the softer pricing means you should expect some depreciation pressure if you buy at the wrong point in the cycle.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler safe?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler earns a four-star frontal-impact rating and a three-star rollover resistance rating from NHTSA. It also earns a Good rating for side-impact protection, a Good rating in the updated moderate overlap frontal-impact test, and a Marginal rating in the small overlap frontal-impact test from IIHS.

It earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

The Wrangler’s safety story is mixed because some important equipment is standard, including side curtain airbags for the front and rear seats. However, many advanced driver-assistance systems remain optional, and blind-spot monitoring plus rear cross-traffic alert are not standard on the base Sport trim.

That small overlap result is the main caution for used buyers, especially if safety is a top priority.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Wrangler or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 30.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.76% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It adds standard power windows and door locks, plus the V6/automatic drivetrain returns to the lineup.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $44,822 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $52,995 CAD average.
• It adds a more modern feel with a stronger focus on technology and safety.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds an enhanced hinge system that makes the doors easier to remove.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better pick if you want the latest used-year pricing trend and the current model-year updates. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2024 is the value play, while the 2026 makes sense if easier door removal matters to you.
