Used 2025 Jeep Wrangler for Sale nearNepean, ON

How much does the 2025 Jeep Wrangler cost?

Prices have softened 12.33% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 699 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Jeep Wrangler earns 4/5 from users and 5.33/10 from our experts. The model scores 7/10 across Performance and Technology.

It stays true to its iconic formula, with legendary off-road ability, removable top and doors, and a deliberately old-school character. That makes it appealing if you want attitude and capability more than everyday polish.

The trade-offs are clear: it can be noisy, and the ride quality is poor. It is also a poor value for money if you do not specifically want its off-road personality and open-air appeal.

That said, 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Wrangler’s appeal is built around durability-minded simplicity, standard four-wheel drive, and a design meant for mud, sand, and rough use. Its performance content also points to a vehicle that is happiest when used for its intended purpose rather than as a refined commuter.

The turbocharged four-cylinder is described as a fine powerplant, aside from its nasal idle note and loud cooling fan. If you plan to keep one long term, the main ownership risk is accepting its rougher daily-driving manners in exchange for its capability.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Sport is the most stripped-down version, while higher trims add more equipment and capability. The Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X each move the Wrangler further up the feature ladder, and the base trim is where you are most likely to miss convenience and safety equipment.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 3.6-litre V6 with a six-speed manual and a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder with an eight-speed automatic. The four-cylinder is more fuel-efficient and may feel livelier at higher elevations.
• Safety package: Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available on any Wrangler except the base Sport trim. Forward collision warning with automatic braking is standard only on the Sahara, which also requires an automatic transmission.
• Infotainment: The Uconnect 5 system includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and SiriusXM satellite radio preparation. Navigation and Jeep Connect connected services are available on more expensive models.
• Fuel efficiency: The turbocharged four-cylinder is rated at 11.0 L/100 km combined, or 11.3 L/100 km combined in the four-door model, versus 12.2 L/100 km combined for the V6, or 12.6 L/100 km combined in the four-door model.

Which 2025 Jeep Wrangler trim should I buy?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler is offered in 6 trim levels: Sport, Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, but it is the most basic version and the one most likely to leave you wanting more equipment. It makes sense only if you want the lowest starting price and plan to keep the build simple.
• Sport S: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds more everyday usability while keeping the Wrangler’s core character intact. It is also the trim where optional safety equipment becomes especially worth considering.
• Willys: Choose this if you want a more rugged-looking Wrangler with a stronger adventure focus than the lower trims.
• Sahara: This is the trim to target if you want the most safety-oriented setup, since forward collision warning with automatic braking is standard here.
• Rubicon: This is the clear choice if off-road capability is your priority and you want the Wrangler’s trail-focused hardware.
• Rubicon X: Pick this if you want the most fully equipped Wrangler in the gas lineup and are willing to pay for it.

For safety equipment, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available on every trim except the Sport, while forward collision warning with automatic braking is standard only on the Sahara.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it pays to compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 699 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.33% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $53,794 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler's resale value?

The current average of $53,857 CAD sits slightly below last year's $61,434 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you as a buyer now, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market if prices stay under pressure. The Wrangler’s strong identity and broad appeal should still support demand, especially for well-equipped examples and trims with the features shoppers want most.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler safe?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler earns four-star ratings in frontal crash and rollover, and five-star ratings in all other NHTSA tests.

It earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

The Wrangler includes side curtain airbags for the front and rear seats, and Jeep has made blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality on automatic models, and automatic high-beam headlights available. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are optional on most trims, while forward collision warning with automatic braking is limited to the Sahara.

The main caveat is the Wrangler’s Marginal result in the small overlap frontal-impact test, which is a notable weakness for used buyers to keep in mind.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Wrangler or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.33% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It brings standard power windows and door locks, plus the return of the V6/automatic drivetrain.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $45,765 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $53,857 CAD average.
• It adds a mid-cycle refresh focused on technology, safety, and refinement.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds an enhanced hinge system that makes the doors easier to remove.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the right pick if you want the current-year Wrangler with its mix of capability, updated equipment, and softened pricing. If you are shopping mainly on price, the 2024 is the better value play; if you want the latest small usability upgrade, the 2026 is worth a look.
