• Inventory: There are 1,554 listings available.

For a future seller, the current average price still shows the truck holds meaningful value, especially compared with the lower end of the range. Strong demand from shoppers who want a refined full-size pickup should continue to support interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 RAM 1500 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.84% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $41,748 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $52,407 CAD average.
• It offers a well-rounded, upscale cabin with a smooth, comfortable drive.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $63,552 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $52,407 CAD average.
• It adds a major update with more technology and stronger powertrain choices.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of satisfaction and current market value, the 2024 is the primary path to consider. If price matters most, the 2023 is the better secondary option, while the 2025 makes sense if you want the newer update and are willing to pay more.
