How much does the 2024 Kia Forte cost?

Prices have softened 12.64% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 331 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Kia Forte a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction for this model year. That kind of feedback usually matters most when you want a used car that feels like a safe, broadly appealing pick rather than a niche choice.

With 27.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop carefully and find value.

Is the 2024 Kia Forte reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback suggests lower day-to-day ownership risk than you might expect from a budget-minded compact sedan, especially if the specific car has been maintained well.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Kia Forte?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently without assuming every listing is a bargain.

• Deal availability: 27.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 331 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.64% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $21,082 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Kia Forte's resale value?

The current average of $21,082 CAD sits slightly below last year's $24,131 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more favourable point, but it also means a future seller may face a more competitive resale environment if market conditions stay similar. If you plan to keep the car for several years, the current discount can offset some of that risk. Strong demand for well-priced examples should still support resale interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Kia Forte or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.64% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $20,151 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $21,082 CAD average.
• The 2023 offers strong value with a well-rounded feel.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the newer model year and are comfortable paying a bit more for it. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value play and still looks like a smart compact-sedan choice.
